Fabulous monthly meal kit for 2 from a James Beard Foundation tapped emerging young chef.

For decades, cooking at the James Beard House in NYC has been an aspiration for many chefs and considered a career milestone.

Earlier this year, James Beard Foundation launched a monthly culinary residency at the Beard House - the Beard House Fellows program presented by Capital One - which re-envisions the potential of this historic space into a hub of training and professional development for talented emerging chefs.

Each month a new Beard House Fellow sets up residency and creates THE BEARD BOX. It is your chance to be part of this historic and ground-breaking experience.

This package is your 3-month subscription to the Beard Box, January - February - March, 2022.

The Beard Box will be delivered to your door on very specific dates and must be refrigerated.

Tentative Delivery Dates - Will be confirmed with the winner in December.

• Wednesday, Feb 23rd (note Feb 21 is Presidents Day)
• Tuesday, March 22nd

Each Beard Box contains 2 meals, ready to heat and eat. Minimal cooking required.

Menu will be published at start of each month. No substitutions possible.
