Brendan Parker is a Santa Rosa Beach, Florida based mixed-media artist who works primarily with epoxy resins. He was born with a passion for creation. As a child, Brendan showed strong interest in music. At the age of eight he began playing guitar. Over the years, he continued to explore other musical instruments. On October 24th, 2007, the day before his 21st birthday, Brendan's left hand was badly burned leaving him unable to play guitar. He was forced to explore other creative outlets. Just as he had taught himself to play music, he taught himself to paint. Brendan finished his first piece on October 25th 2007, his 21st birthday. His work has evolved through years of experimental painting with various mediums. Brendan's recent works are abstract and distinguishable by layered depth and dimensional flux. The lucky winner will take home this gorgeous, one of a kind Brendan Parker piece.
