Thai yoga therapy has been practiced for over 2500 years throughout Thailand. As the customary therapy for the monarchy (the royal protocol) to the hill tribes, Thai massage is how people take care of one another. Distinct from western ideas of massage, Thai therapy (Thai massage or Thai yoga massage), is a combination of assisted and passive yoga positions, gentle rocking, deep stretching, and rhythmic compressions.
