She quickly founded Kitchen This, where 50% of all proceeds go to promoting food literacy and food security in our communities. Programming provides families with an opportunity to learn how to cook by hosting cooking and nutrition classes as well as grocery store tours. As a social enterprise, Kitchen This is committed to helping our communities become more confident in the kitchen and more comfortable in the marketplace.
