Kopke 1981 Colheita Port sets the scene for a Port that is rich, lusciously sweet but also shot through with acidity. The C.N. Kopke 2000 Colheita Porto, Matured In Wood, is a wood-aged tawny that is still fresh, boasting fruit as well as showing old-wood maturity. With its richness and balance between raisin and red fruits, it's perfectly ready to drink.
