joinJoin United Way Women United as we host our annual women's-only fundraiser in person this year. Our United Way Honey Open Golf Outing brings women together to golf, network, and have a good time, all while raising money for a worthy cause.

Proceeds help ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) and poverty-level families - those who were already struggling to get by even before the pandemic hit. The event honors the legacy of tournament founder Helen "Honey" Ackerman, a former Sussex County clerk, who believed in helping those in need.

You can also join ranks with other philanthropic individuals and businesses while gaining valuable exposure by becoming a sponsor.

Help essential ALICE workers!

We rely on essential ALICE workers in our daily lives. They are our supermarket cashiers, our nursing home workers, our delivery workers. But despite working hard, they are living paycheck to paycheck. Click below to make a donation that will help put ALICE and those in poverty on a path to financial stability.
