Civilian Brewing Corps opened in March of 2019. They named themselves after the Civilian Conservation Corps which helped make McCormick's Creek (Indiana's first State Park) a beautiful and enjoyable place for locals and visitors alike; something they hope to emulate.

Main Street Coffee was created in 2014 by Josh and Brianne Hogan in the charming Languel Building at 1 North Main Street in Spencer Indiana. They recently completely a long-awaited renovation! Main Street Coffee reopened in July, 2021 with a new cheeky menu, gifts, and expanded seating.
