ONLINE AUCTION INFO AND FAQ's

We are happy to announce that our online auction is now LIVE! Even though our gala has been postponed, our auction is still on! You can bid on items until Sunday, September 26th at 8:00 p.m.

We have a number of great auction items and packages, as well as the popular Mystery Bag! Each bag will contain a Moyer Fine Jewelers $100 gift card, a bottle of Endowment personalized Chloe Prosecco Rose and in one bag will be a gorgeous pair of earrings, valued at $1,300! There is a limited number of mystery bags, so get yours now!

A few of our 'live' auction items are now premier silent auction items - check out numbers 200 and 249.

Can anyone participate in the Online Auction?

The auction is open to everyone 18 years and older. You must be 21 years and older to bid on any alcohol-related auction package. We encourage you to share the link with your friends and family.

May I pay by check or other methods of payment?

Upon registering, you will be asked to provide credit card information. Bidders will need to authorize their winning bid charges to that credit card immediately after the auction closes. Any remaining balances will be charged to your card on file on September 26 2021.

If you would like to make an alternate payment method please contact Libby at [email protected] prior to September 26, 2021. The Endowment will accept checks. Please bring payment when you pick up your items (details below).

How do I pick up my items or have them shipped to me?

To receive your items, payment must be received in order to coordinate delivery/pick-up of your item.

During the week of September 27th through October 2nd items will be available for pickup at the Endowment Headquarters located at 1352 S. Rangeline Road, Carmel between 9:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. If necessary, delivery can be arranged.

How can I keep active and know if I am outbid or have won an item?

You will be notified via text if you have been outbid. Keep an eye on your favorite items! If you are NOT receiving the text messages, make sure you have the correct mobile number under your profile. The texts will continue to notify you when you have been outbid or reached your maximum bid. When the silent auction closes, you will also receive a text message if you won any items.
