In the event is canceled, limited in number of attendees, or postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic or governmental response measures, Barrington Junior Women's Club will provide a refund for the ticket purchase price provided the venue accommodates a request for return of the organization's deposit pursuant to the terms of the event contract. If the venue does not offer a return of the deposit, Barrington Junior Women's Club can not issue refunds for ticket costs.
During the event, attendees and vendors agree to follow reasonable COVID-19 safety procedures including appropriate social distancing to limit potential COVID-19 exposure when possible and releases Barrington Junior Women's club from all liability if participants choose not to follow guidelines and/or social distancing is not possible or practical.
