Boogie was free from the Humane Society when she was passed up for adoption due to her cleft lip. We adopted her immediately and have been blessed with her high maintenance need for attention and love of tortilla chips for the last four years. Van Halen was adopted from a rescue after being found as a stray, we were told he was a Papillion mix. We did a dog DNA test for Van and found out he is 52% Chihuahua, 12% Pomeranian, 8% Cocker Spaniel, 6% Pekingese, 4% Chow Chow, and 18% supermutt! Orlock was named after Graf Orlock in Nosferatu due to her pointy little head and ears, but she is a true sweetheart who requires nightly tummy rubs and paw massages.

Anna (aka Anna Bear, Anna Banana, or Baby Girl) has learned a helpful trick! If I tell her to "potty in the woods", she will RUN full speed to the woods to do her business so mommy and daddy don't have to clean it up! :)

Valor and his siblings were rescued at four weeks old and he had to have his eyes removed due to illness a week later. But don't feel bad for him, he loves life! He is four years old now, and loves going outside in his stroller or on his harness, playing with foster kittens and is a therapy cat for hospice patients!

We adopted Morse from the Friendship APL shelter in Elyria. His first birthday will be Oct. 10! Morse is obsessed with birds and belly rubs. He also enjoys popcorn and watching movies with dogs in them. Morse is super social, and after his first day at doggie daycare they told us he taught all the other dogs to play leapfrog - so all the dogs spent the entire afternoon hopping over each other. Our little guy has a big personality, and we love him for that!
