I consent to allowing Citizen Soldier Connection to capture and use my personal data. I understand and have read the Terms of Service and understand that I may revoke this consent at any time.

For your records, our Federal ID number is 20-4306729. Per the 2020 CARES Act, your donation is 100% deductable from your Adjusted Gross Income (AGI). Your donation is either the estimated value of an item or service for a donation or the cost of goods received minus the price paid. A separate letter will be sent after the event that will list the cost of goods received.
