One mile south of the Montage two miles north of The Ritz Carlton and St. Regis Resorts for golf and spa, under thirty minutes from Disneyland, or walk just a few blocks to South Laguna's famous beaches, such as Table Rock and Thousand Steps, as well as the South Laguna Village Green playground, and the Aliso Summit trailhead!

Open living room with fireplace, and a large flat smart TV.
Dining area that seats six, and a counter area with 2 stools.
Full private office with WIFI, computer and small flat television off of kitchen. Inviting front patio with fountain, seating and mini view of ocean.
Master bedroom has queen bed, second bedroom has double bed. Sofa has a pull-out queen bed.
Private back patio with BBQ, and seating for 4.

The Cottage/Bungalow is located on private property.
There are three private parking spaces in front of the house.
