About the artist: Michael Dunlavey has captured over 100 Habitat projects over the last 15 years. He enjoyed a forty-year career as a graphic, environmental, and restaurant designer. Featured in Print Magazine as one of four top designers in the United States who create both 3-dimensional and 2-dimensional designs, Michael's studio with his wife Lindy (Dunlavey Studio) received more than 150 national design awards. Their work was featured in publications including Graphic, Communication Arts, How Magazine, and Architectural Record, as well as numerous books published in the United States, Switzerland, and Japan. In addition to his photography, Michael sat on the Board of Directors for the Crocker Art Museum Association for 11 years, on the Board for the Sacramento Region Community Foundation for 10 years, as well as served on the Arts Advisory Committee for Advancing Sacramento arts.
Michael has traveled extensively throughout the world, always with a camera in hand. His watercolor paintings have been included in the Crocker Art Museum juried Art Auction for the past eight years. Item will be available for pick up at Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sacramento (819 North 10th Street, Sacramento, CA 95811) on Monday, October 3rd between the hours of 9:00am - 6:30pm. If you are unavailable to pick up your item on the pick-up day, please contact Habitat directly for alternative pick-up or delivery options.
