• It is recommended that all booking requests be submitted a minimum of 45 days in advance, greater if you plan to travel during peak weeks
• Holiday fees will apply during travel weeks within 7 days of a holiday
• Package is for a Grand Mayan Master Room (sleeps 2 adults and 2 children, 12 and under). Additional charges apply for guests exceeding the limit.
• Resorts although NOT all inclusive, have activities, entertainment, shopping and many restaurants and bars making it easy to never leave the property.
• Vidanta is a Members ONLY resort, not available to the general public. Winning Bidders may be invited to tour the property for membership but may decline the offer as it is NOT a contingency of this package.
• Hotel/Resort taxes and fees, meals, room incidentals, and airfare not included
• Estimated room tax is $11/day per room
