Adult or Student Acting Class with Sacramento Theatre Company

Join Sacramento Theatre Company for a student or adult acting class! Saturday classes for students offer an 8 week introduction to acting, where school-aged children can tap into their imagination and create a lifelong relationship with theatre. Give your youngster (from 1st graders to teens) the chance to gain self-confidence while increasing skills in public speaking and cooperation, while in a nurturing, non-competitive atmosphere. With a concentration on character development, improvisation, and the rehearsal process, classes may incorporate theatre games, scene study, monologue work, and audition techniques for students with all levels of experience. Sessions culminate in a presentation for family and friends.

Sacramento Theatre Company's 7 week session of adult acting classes with Natasha Hause gives you the freedom to explore the basics of character development, script analysis, and working with a scene partner.
