Where is the auction being held?

This year's event is being held at Abbington Distinctive Banquets in Glen Ellyn. The location address is:

Can I participate remotely?

Absolutely! You may join in the silent auction by bidding on your mobile device or computer from anywhere. Silent Auction bidding will open on Wednesday, November 10th at 12:30pm, and close on Friday, November 12th at 7:45pm. LIve Auction items are limited to those attending "in person".

What time does the auction start?

The Silent Auction will open "online" for bidding Wednesday, November 10th at 12:30pm, and close on Friday, November 12th at 7:45pm

Doors Open on November 12th at 5:30pm

Dinner Served at 6:45pm

Live Auction Begins at 8:00pm (In person bidding only.)

How do I start and continue my bidding?

Browse the Silent Auction and start bidding on your favorite items! Place your bid on selected items, set a maximum bid if desired, and GiveSmart will continue to keep you in the running until you reach your maximum bid.

How can I keep active and know if I am outbid or have won an item?

You will be notified via text if you have been outbid. Keep an eye on your favorite items! If you are NOT receiving the text messages, make sure you have the correct mobile number under your profile. The texts will continue to notify you when you have been outbid or reached your maximum bid. When the silent auction closes, you will also receive a text message if you won any items.

How do I collect items won if I participated "remotely"?

Winners (who will receive text notification informing them they've won) participating remotely can either pick up the item from our office, or request that ECFA deliver or mail the item(s) to you. Please contact Tony Malandro (630-653-6400) no sooner than Monday, November 15th to make arrangements.
