This brand new (completed 2021), 4-guest, pet friendly home has two owners bedrooms with king beds and large screen TVs along with double granite vanity ensuites, one with a walk-in shower, one with a bathtub.

The kitchen offers granite counters, stainless steel appliances, coffee pot, Keurig coffee maker and a 5 burner gas oven.

Enjoy the vaulted tongue and groove ceilings in the living room, along with the beautiful gas log fireplace with a large screen TV and 16' sliding glass doors to welcome the outside in.

There are several options for dining including the custom eat-in nook, the granite counter bar, on the back deck or on the covered front porch.

The property sits on over an acre of land, has an outdoor hot tub and a hammock that you can relax in while listening to the sound of the fresh flowing spring below.

Your dog(s) can enjoy the fenced in play area (3' high, double split rail fence) while you play corn hole or relax by the outdoor fire pit.

The home is a short walk to Camp Eagle's Nest that has tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball, disc golf, a ball field and the Beech Mountain Gate for quicker access to Beech Mountain.

While enjoying a stay at Stillness Springs, visitors can also partake in other amenities on the mountain including, the Eagle's Nest winery and the Great Camp which has a BBQ pavilion, volleyball sand court, amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to October), the great lawn, playground, hiking trails, ropes course and climbing tower, horse shoe pit, archery and mini golf.

In addition, the North Pavilion at Eagle's Nest has the Sportsman's Lodge Grill (limited weekend hours), ball field, basketball and pickle ball courts, a dog park, walking trails, snow tubing/sledding hill, playground, fire pit, and a woodland trail system for biking, hiking and ATV rentals.

Additional Notes:
Eagles Nest is a growing community and construction noise may be heard from 7am-7pm.

Guests are prohibited from bringing their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: offroadadventuresnc.com.

The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access the property in the winter months.

Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)

The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.

All linens and towels are provided for your stay.

This home is pet friendly with a max of two dogs, no weight or breed restrictions.

All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee of $50 per stay in order to maintain the luxurious amenities throughout the mountain.

Please note that Stillness Springs and common areas have WiFi, but some areas of travel may not have reception.

The Wine & Cigar Bar and a portion of the Sportsman's Lodge are for Eagle's Nest owners only.
