Home Addition Schematic Design
$500The Schematic Design Phase begins during our first free consultation, where we list the requirements you have for your space. We will first develop the schematic floor plan, a rough representation of the final design. We modify these plans until you are completely satisfied with the layout of your new home or home improvement. At the end of this phase, we recommend that the client request a preliminary cost estimate from their general contractor. From November 1st 2021 to October 2022
