Artist Eva Vitale attended St. Joan Antida High School and later Marquette University, sprinkling in a few art courses in the process. As an adult, Eva studied with Al Alexander, an artist famous for his Manhattan cityscapes and Murals at Epcot. She has been painting steadily since the 1990s, and has won admirers across the U.S. and Europe.
Eva has created a detailed, watercolor series focused on the exquisite Cathedrals of the U.S. and Europe. "This is my way of expressing hopefulness in a world under siege."
The Cathedral of St. Francis Xavier, Green Bay, is planning an exhibit of her work once the virus is effectively controlled.
The poster provided includes Eva's painting Carrying Our Burden and several of her cathedral watercolors. In addition it is signed by Eva herself!
