Live Virtual Event: SEPTEMBER 27TH, 2021
Pre-Show at 6:30p.m. | Live Show at 7:00p.m.

LEAP! 2021: Feeding Native Families, Empowering Native Youth is the Division of Indian Work's annual fundraiser that supports our Horizons Unlimited (HU) Food Shelf and Youth Leadership Development Program.

We will have a thrilling online auction and an exciting live streamed event that will feature a hand drum performance by former DIW youth worker Nation Wright, Reg Chapman co-hosting with Dane Stauffer and DIW's Executive Director Louise Matson, a fund-a-need, and more! After the short live event, we will have exciting pre-recorded entertainment such as traditional drumming with Native youth dancing, a performance by Native rap artist Tall Paul, and a cooking demo by our Nutrition Coordinator Derek Nicholas.

Dual of Desserts

For the last few years, DIW Board of Directors member George Soule has had his famous chocolate chip cookies up for auction in our LEAP! events. Over the years, his cookies alone have helped us raise thousands of dollars!

This year, things are different because this time, he has been challenged! Helen Olson, daughter of DIW's Board of Directors Vice President Shauna Coons will put up a batch of chocolate cake pops for auction in this year's LEAP! event to see if she and her cake pops can raise more money than George and his cookies.

Cake Pops or Cookies? Who will prevail?

Let your bids decide! Bid on whoever you think should win (or both if you can't decide), and when the auction closes on Tuesday, September 28th at 12pm, whoever received the highest bid will be the winner!

What's at stake? 2021 Bragging rights of course!
