Do you agree to the following Nevada laws and regulations pertaining to any raffle you participate in for the Las Vegas Rescue Mission?

I understand and have read the below Terms of Service and understand I must comply with Nevada Gaming Control Board laws and regulations.

• NRS 462.180 and Regulation 4A.050 requires ticket purchasers be physically present in Nevada at time of purchase.
• All purchasers of raffle tickets must be physically located in Nevada at the time of each purchase and is at least 18 years of age for a charitable lottery with cash prizes.
• Any potential winnings are subject to forfeiture if the purchase is determined to have violated Nevada laws and regulations.
