How do I pick up my items? 

Auction and Raffle winners are responsible for the pickup of their physical items following the auction. 

Items will be available for contact-less pickup on Sunday, September 26th from 2:00pm - 4:00pm at the University United Methodist Church North Campus, 5185 De Zavala Rd, San Antonio, TX 78249 (Northside of De Zavala- next to Chick-fil-a) and Tuesday, September 28th 5:00pm-7:00pm also at University United Methodist Church.


Gift Certificates may be available for electronic distribution by email. Please be sure to confirm arrangements by promptly contacting us at


How to Access the Virtual Event

We recommend using a smart TV or computer and keeping your smartphone handy to participate in bidding. The URL to access the event is - it will take you live to the event at 7:00 pm.

You can also view via the Magdalena House YouTube Channel, or via this YouTube Direct Link. For help, follow these directions from last year, courtesy of Emily Countryman, our 2020 Gala Chair from 2020 and her daughter Ellis - they work for this year, too!

 How to Bid 
Once registered and signed in, you can bid, purchase raffle tickets, and donate during Fund-a-Need through your smartphone, or if you prefer, on your computer at

Use your smartphone or computer during the event to find items by pressing any one of the buttons on the main menu, or by using the search bar to find a specific item or category. Select the item and press bid. You'll receive a text message when you've been outbid and can check the status of your bids by navigating to Items, My Activity.

Can anyone participate in the silent auction?
The auction is open to everyone 18 years and older. You must be at least 21 years old to bid on any alcohol-related auction packages. Please share the link with your family and friends!

Silent Auction and Raffle Rules
All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds unless otherwise noted. All items are "as is." Magdalena House has attempted to describe and catalog items correctly, but neither warrants nor represents and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance, or condition of the items. No statement made on this website, or made orally at the auction or elsewhere, shall be deemed such a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability.

The auction item value listed is an estimate of fair market value. Items have not been appraised unless so noted. The amount you pay above this fair market value estimate is normally tax-deductible as a charitable contribution. Please consult your tax adviser to clarify amount of deduction.

Payment for items purchased must be made in full on the night of the auction. Magdalena House accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Auction items will not be released by Magdalena House until payment arrangements have been made.


Magdalena House reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the auction.

Each person bidding assumes all risks and hazards related to the auction and items obtained at the auction. Each bidder agrees to hold Magdalena House harmless from any liability arising indirectly from Magdalena House, their elected and appointed officials, members and employees, the auctioneer(s), the event organizers, sponsors, and/or volunteers connected with the auction.
