Ways to Participate!
1. Purchase a Memory Walk sign: Memorialize your loved one with a memory sign. Signs will be displayed in front of Grace Community Church on Sunday, April 25, 2021, from 12pm-4pm.
2. Register as a walker: By registering as a walker you will receive a T-shirt that you can wear with pride as you support your local not-for-profit hospice. Wear your t-shirt and share your photos with us on Facebook using the hashtag, #HikeforHospice21.
Please note, t-shirts will ONLY be available or pick up at Grace Community Church from 12pm-4pm on April 25, 2021.
3. Donate to support our mission: Right now is a crucial time for our patients and their loved ones and general operating support makes a huge difference.
