Are rental clubs available? 

Yes, the course has rental sets. Please indicate your rental purchase when purchasing your foursome. 

Will there be prizes and contests? 

Yes! There will be a few contests throughout the course with prizes as well as prizes for our top finishers. We are also offering a Hole in One contest for a car thanks to our sponsor, Mazda! 

Will the event be played as a scramble? 

We recommend that all groups play as a scramble. 

How will the raffle work? 

We are selling raffle tickets in the few days leading up to the event, as well as during the event! Remote raffle ticket purchases will be converted into physical tickets. The winner will be pulled in the evening on September 17. Because we are also selling remote tickets, the winner does not need to be present to win. We will submit the prize via PayPal following the event. 

How do I bid on an item? 

Register on our site (scroll up and click "Register for Free"). Then, go to the "Items" tab at the top of your screen. 

On the Items page, you can view by category, scroll through all items, or search a specific term directly. 

Select an item of interest to view the full description as well as the current bid. 

The system will auto-populate the next highest bid. You can use this amount or enter a larger amount. 

If your bid is accepted, you will receive a box congratulating you. 

You can also click "Auto Bid" to let the system for you. In this situation, you will let the system bid up to a certain amount. If no one bids against you, it won't place any bids. 

You will receive a text message if you are outbid at any time on any item (assuming you opted into texts when you signed up). You will also see a banner across the upper right corner of the item to tell you if you are "Winning" or "Losing" an item.

I am not attending the in-person event. How will you contact me about the items I won? 

We will use the contact information that you submitted with your registration. When we reach out, we will confirm your email address and/or mailing address. Please respond to our confirmation to ensure we coordinate efficient delivery of your items! In select cases, we will connect you directly with the donor to coordinate scheduling your win.
