Francisco X. Mora was born in Mexico City and has been drawing ever since. He says, "Since as long as I can remember, a pencil or a crayon has been in my right hand." He has traveled and studied art throughout Mexico including restoration of murals by David Alfaro Siquerios and Diego Rivera. After working on mural art, Mora studied ceramics, printmaking, and textiles. In 1980, Mora moved to the United States and continued his study of printmaking. Mora also illustrates children's books.

This framed piece is entitled "Family of Lizards in the Kitchen" and is in watercolor.

Size: 16" W x 21" L

Condition note: There is some dimpling of the paper along the bottom edge. The piece could be easily resized.
