Pick up a special three-course meal for two from El Gaucho to enjoy with virtual Swirl this year!
There will be a pickup window on Wednesday, August 18 between 3PM - 6PM and on August 19 between 12PM - 3PM from either El Gaucho in Seattle or Bellevue. If you are unable to make either pickup window, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange delivery.
After you purchase, you will receive an email with a link to select your pick up window, pick up location, and your preferred menu items.
The dinner package will be available for purchase until August 10.
Three-course menu for two:
Mixed Greens Salad - kiln dried cherries, julienned pear, candied pecans, Fuji apple vinaigrette - served with El Gaucho dinner bread
6 oz Grilled Baseball Sirloin with truffle butter - Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and brussels sprouts with harissa aioli
6 oz Alaskan King Salmon with basil pesto butter-Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and brussels sprouts with harissa aioli
Chocolate and Baileys Bread Pudding - caramel sauce
Three-course Vegan/Gluten-Free dinner for two:
Mixed Greens Salad - kiln dried cherries, julienned pear, candied pecans, Fuji apple vinaigrette - served with gluten-free bread
Wild Mushroom Risotto - porcini mushroom and veggie stock, sautéed with wild mushrooms
Side: Summer Vegetable Succotash (corn, bell peppers, green beans) - chipotle lime salt and olive oil
Vegan Lemon Bar - blackberries and Rainier cherries
Dinner also includes a bottle of wine. You will have a choice between a 2015 Ste. Michelle Ethos Chardonnay and a 2016 Swift Water Proprietary Red.
