The mission of the American Red Cross is to prevent and alleviate human suffering in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors. One of the ways in which the American Red Cross accomplishes this mission is through our annual donor campaigns. These calls for donations help to provide funds to assist families who may have lost everything in a fire, offer life-saving CPR training, and help military members and their families get the assistance they need.
