Year 1 - raised $1,223; Year 2 - raised $2,745; Year 3 - raised $4,100; Year 4 - raised $5,601; and Year 5 (before Covid19 impacted us all) - raised $7,001. Operation: Ride for the Red cycling event raises money for the American Red Cross of Ventura County Service to the Armed Forces (SAF) program. From the newly enlisted to longtime veterans, Red Cross volunteers serve the military that serves our country. Any additional funds raised by participants and the community through this fundraiser will directly benefit the program to support local service members and their families.
