Each year, ANGEL'S ENVY carefully selects barrels exceptional enough for the lengthy finishing process used to create ANGEL'S ENVY Cask Strength Bourbon Finished in Port Barrels. ANGEL'S ENVY starts as a premium bourbon of uncompromising quality, aged up to seven years for the perfect level of richness and maturity. The hand-selected barrels are then blended and undergo a lengthy finishing process in Portuguese port wine casks.

The 2018 release included 12,000 bottles of 124-proof, or 62% ABV, bourbon. Flavor notes:

Aroma: banana and honey, light burnt wood
Taste: caramel, sweet raisins, cola, herbal notes
Finish: dark chocolate, heavy toasted oak, fresh figs
Look: golden ruby

The bottle is presented in an intricately carved wooden box with art deco lines reminiscent of The Great Gatsby.

This incredible bottle of 1989 Chateau Lynch-Bages wine from the Bordeaux region would be perfect for celebrating a special occasion!

The wine's distinctive character combines structure, finesse and elegance, offering generous aromas in its youth and developing deeper complexities with bottle age. The estate's reputation as a top quality wine producer took off in 1945 after a series of exceptional vintages. Since then, Lynch-Bages has continued to produce excellent wines, even during years considered difficult in the Bordeaux region.

The wine's deep color and tannic backbone have become part of its signature style. Jean-Michel Cazes, grandson of founder Jean-Charles, has worked hard to develop and refine the wine's supple and smooth structure over the years. Vintage after vintage, the estate's precise and excellent winemaking techniques have served to firmly establish Lynch-Bages reputation for consistent quality.

The drinking window on this wine is 2020-2040.

This beautiful bottle of Maker's Mark Bourbon (bottle #1006 of 2750) is signed by Maker's Mark President Rob Samuels, Keeneland President and CEO Shannon Arvin, artist Tyler Robertson, and jockey Edgar Prado (one of only three active Hall of Fame jockeys who have won the Maker's Mark Mile multiple times).

For 2021, the annual release of a commemorative Maker's Mark Bourbon bottle in partnership with Keeneland was, for the first time, actually three distinct bottles, each with its own label featuring the work of artists Sandra Oppegard, Andre Pater, or Tyler Robertson. The unique labels depict the pageantry, beauty, and power of Thoroughbred racing.
