Meeting family emergency needs for food and hygiene items. The families we serve often encounter emergencies such as food or housing insecurity, and their children may struggle to have clothing or supplies for school or interviews You can help parents with emergency needs and planning for the future.

Cover 15 patient visits in our health clinic. Patients will be seen by a doctor or nurse practitioner and receive the necessary prescriptions at no cost or Jesus And Me, our weekly children's ministry - sponsor a child to attend weekly JAM sessions and dinner for a semester. Children enjoy a healthy meal to nourish their bodies and learn about faith to nourish their spirits. They love to sing to Jesus!

Register a teenager for summer camp. Teens love to go to summer camp in central Wisconsin - an environment so different from the central city. They have tons of outdoor fun, meet teens from other ethnic groups, and hear speakers who inspire their faith or Sponsor a cohort of 10 vulnerable adults in our Medical Homes for the Homeless program. By doing this, you will help people to obtain health care coverage, find a primary care doctor, maintain their health, and navigate the health system when they need care.

Sponsor a child/teen for 1 year in our Youth Center. You'll be giving a child a safe place to go after school and in the summer, where they'll find not only recreation but literacy groups, educational support, risk reduction classes and help recovering from trauma or Sponsor a young adult in our Alumni Program. Young people who graduate from our programs form strong bonds with each other and our staff. Coming together as young adults helps them stay on track toward their life goals.

Sponsor a youth in our Youth Employment Program. You can make it possible for more young people to learn conflict resolution, leadership skills, personal finance including budgeting and banking skills - and then to receive help in applying for jobs - some of them right at City on a Hill or Sponsor a one-day health outreach for 100+ people. Guests will have access to health screenings, vision screenings and glasses, foot care, provider visits, a social worker, hygiene items - and a healthy meal!

Add a safety feature to Youth Center Elevator door. Our elevator in this building needs a safety improvement to its door. You can make this vital elevator in our Youth Center building safer.

Cafeteria: provide heating and cooling tables for serving food at family engagement events and Sunday dinners; provided at half price from retailer. It's hard for us to keep food hot or cold on the serving line in our cafeteria. One of our vendors will make heating and cooling units available to us at half price, at a savings of $5,000!
