This beautiful, open concept 4 bedroom/2 bath mid-century home has been updated to accommodate you and your guests (sleeps 8) for a relaxing weekend by the pool filled with games, grilling and slurping drinks from the swim-up bar!

The Space:

Four bedrooms, each with a queen bed!
The large backyard has everything you would need to relax, swim, dine or play, including a larger than average saltwater, heated pool and spa. Soak up the sun, dine alfresco on the covered patio with ample table space and chairs, or read a book under the shade of an umbrella. A gas grill makes cooking outdoors a breeze.

The living room is equipped with a smart TV and an Amazon Fire Stick to download your favorite apps. The game room and kitchen are equipped with an Echo Dot to play your favorite tunes.

The new kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to whip up a gourmet meal including a BBQ outside.

Channel your inner kid in the game room, equipped with a dart board, tiki toss, poker/game table, shuffleboard and GameBro (a retro video game console with over 5000 retro games)...Super Mario Bros., anyone?!

The house is only a short drive to downtown Palm Springs!

Restrictions:

Check-in may be on a Sunday - Wednesday in January - April. *Based on availability.
- No music permitted outdoor at anytime
- No high noise levels (outdoors or indoors) between the hours of 8:30PM - 8AM
- Primary Guest MUST be at least 25 years old
- $50/day pool heat, if needed (recommended mid September thru mid May)
- $200 pet deposit, returned to your after your departure if all is well
- Maximum number of guests shall not exceed eight (8).
- Maximum number of cars permitted is three (3). (2007, G/C)
