A collection of four bottles of Emanuel Tres Wine from the Santa Ynez Valley and a Virtual Tasting Experience with owner and winemaker Chris Keller and tasting host Nina Furukawa.

The tasting will be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time. Chris is an LA-based winemaker and consultant who also manages wine programs and provides private label bottlings at a number of Westside restaurants, including Tar & Roses, Venice Beach Wines, Playa Provisions and formerly at Joe's and Bar Pinxto. He started making his own wine in 1996 after a trip to Catalunya where the terrain and weather are similar to those of central California. His love of Catalan wines is manifested in his winemaking style - native yeasts, minimal manipulation, great with food and tastes like the place if comes from. Ian Cauble of Somm Select says of ET wines, "Not your typical Cali juice. Old-world elegance with a West Coast accent."
