Spend a week on the Piscataway Creek, enjoying days of swimming off of the deep water dock and nightly fires around the firepit or playing cards on the large screened-in porch. The house offers three single kayaks, two inflatable double kayaks, and a stand up paddleboard.
BYP member Greg and his wife Lauren are graciously offering up their river home, just 45 minutes away, for six adults for a Sunday through Sunday stay! The three-bedroom, two-bath home has a king-bed master suite with a wonderful bathroom and rain shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed. The third room is set up as a kid's room with a twin bed and a twin pull-out trundle, so this could be used by two adults as well, or they are happy to set the room up with a queen double height air mattress! There is also a second full bath with a tub. Doggos are welcome within reason!
The home offers a wonderful living room, dining area, fully stocked kitchen, gas grill, and they are currently working on furnishing a large 24 by 24 foot outdoor studio with a ping pong table and other fun adult/kid games.
The home feels miles away from it all while also being only 4 minutes to Tappahannock's grocery stores and a few minutes more to many boutique gift shops and restaurants.
This is their home, and not a rental, so your stay is very flexible and can be worked out with Greg and Lauren. The only black-out date is the week following the Fourth of July. They will have the home professionally cleaned before your arrival to make sure everything is just perfect!
