2021 Sportsmen's Alliance Mini Mega Raffle Presented by Missouri Conservation Heritage Foundation


Eligibility, Validity and Other Requirements: Open to residents of Missouri and other states where permitted. Only individuals who are 18 years or older and legal U.S. citizens may enter. This offer is void where prohibited by law, and all federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. The purchase of raffle tickets does not constitute a charitable donation and, therefore, any purchase is not deductible as a charitable contribution. The purchase of tickets constitutes consent for the use of the name and image of the winner by the sponsor. There will be no refunds for tickets purchased. The raffle is being sponsored by the Sportsmen's Alliance Foundation, 801 Kingsmill Parkway, Columbus, Ohio, 43229. By participating in this raffle, you agree that any claim may be resolved by the sponsor in the form of liquidated damages limited to no more than the cost of the ticket or tickets purchased by the complainant. Odds of winning 50/50 drawing depend on the total number of tickets sold. Odds of winning the daily prize raffle will be 1/1,500 or better per drawing. A maximum of 1,500 tickets will be sold for the daily raffle. Employees, officers, directors, and trustees of the Sportsmen's Alliance, the Sportsmen's Alliance Foundation, the Missouri Conservation Heritage Foundation and members of their household are not eligible to participate. Guns awarded as prizes will be distributed through licensed dealers and only in compliance with federal and state laws and applicable local ordinances. If a winner is ineligible to receive a prize under relevant state, federal or local laws and regulations the prize will be forfeited and no substitution will be provided. Any taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of winners. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no prize substitution. FFL transfer fees charged by the winner's designated licensed dealer are the responsibility of the winner. Winners will be notified by mail. Winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability/publicity within 15 days of notification by mail. If a winner fails to return the affidavit and release within this period, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.


Drawings and Winners: A firearm or cash prize will be given away each day beginning June 1, 2021 through June 30, 2021. Numbers will be assigned at random. A number can win more than once. Each ticket will be entered separately for each drawing. Each ticket has a separate and equal chance to win. A complete list of the prizes can be found at https://MCHFMiniMEGA.givesmart.com The drawing of winners will be overseen by an independent auditor, whose decisions are final and non-appealable. All prize(s) will be awarded regardless of sales. Tickets will be available April 1, 2021 through June 30, 2021 or until 1,500 tickets are sold. There are no physical tickets. Ticket numbers will be emailed to the buyer. All prizes will be awarded. In the event prizes are not awarded or go unclaimed, Sportsmen's Alliance and the Missouri Conservation Heritage Foundation will hold a raffle of all contest participants to award the remaining items at the conclusion of the raffle.
