ZD Wines Cabernet

The wine has a deep, complex aroma of ripe dark berries, cassis, plum, and baking spices, with hints of toasty vanilla, clove, and cola. The palate is loaded with forward dark fruits and silky, round tannins that help keep the layers of flavor present through the incredibly long finish. This Cabernet Sauvignon is drinking beautifully right now and will continue to develop complexity for many years to come.

Blend: 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Petit Verdot

2019 Chardonnay

100% certified organic Chardonnay grapes from cool, coastal growing regions: Napa Carneros, Sonoma Carneros, Monterey, and Santa Barbara

• Cold barrel fermentation with extended yeast contact
• No malolactic fermentation
• Barrel aged for 10 months in American Oak

Bright, forward aromas of ripe pineapple, guava, and hints of citrus fruits are complemented by subtle notes of orange blossom and sweet toasty vanilla. The palate is full bodied and rich with notes of pineapple, mandarin, and lemon rind that integrate wonderfully with the natural, vibrant acidity and subtle American Oak.
