Two tickets to see Alan Menken at the Ridgefield Playhouse on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 8pm for "A Whole New World of Alan Menken".
Oscar-winner (and recipient of more Academy Awards than any other living individual) Alan Menken performs his first one-man show at the Ridgefield Playhouse for one night only! Mr. Menken takes the audience on a journey through more than thirty years of hit songs, movies, and musicals - The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, Beauty & the Beast, Enchanted, Tangled and more! Mr. Menken is on the Artistic Advisory Board at ACT of CT and serves as an Arts Advisory Board member at the Ridgefield Playhouse.
Please note: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the advertised date of the performance is subject to change as we abide by local and federal guidelines.
Calling all dancers! Ridgefield Conservatory of Dance has generously offered one week of dance camp this summer.
Dancers will train in ballet, modern, jazz, attend special workshops and participate in yoga/Pilates conditioning classes. Choose Junior camp (Levels II/III entering 2nd through 5th grade) from 9:30-3:15pm; Intermediate camp (Level III/IV entering 6th through 11th grade) from 10:15-4:30pm; or Advanced camp (Level V/VI with minimum one year pointe experience) from 10:15am to 4:15pm.
Junior and Intermediate camp run the weeks of July 12-July 16, July 19-July 23 and August 9 - August 13. Advanced camp is offered August 23 - August 27.
The auction winner must contact the Conservatory of Dance by May 31, 2021 to schedule your week as camp sells out fast.

1 week of Summer Enrichment at Keeler Tavern Museum & History Center 2021 - "What's In a Name".
Join KTM&HC for a fun and creative week of exploring the origin, meaning and heritage of some of Ridgefield's street names, such as King Lane, Ramapoo Road and Saw Mill Road. Set outdoors on their 4-acre historic grounds, Keeler Tavern have tailored their summer program to give children entering Grades 1-3 and Grades 4-6 a safe space for some fun and educational summer activities. Choose from 4 week-long sessions, Monday through Friday July 12 through August 6, 9am to 12pm. Please schedule your week soon, as the sessions are limited to 10 children/week.
