Gentlemen!!! Well... Dads at least: After a brief hiatus in 2020, Dads' Brews and Brats is back!! We're going to push the date back this year to Saturday August 07 because I'm hoping we'll be in a better place by then with respect to Covid and vaccines so we can all be safe.

I'll have a selection of at least a dozen craft brews from light lager to oil can stout and we'll hit everything in between. All will be craft, many will be local and one will be mine - which I'm thinking will be be a homebrew clone of Allagash White this year.

We'll be serving our normal selection of brats from the Paulina Meet Market which will include Chorizo, Jalapeno Cheddar, Turducken and a few others. I'll also be grilling up some wings with the sauce that I carried back on a plane from my favorite wing joint in my hometown of Rochester, New York.

As always, come prepared to enjoy yourself and the brews but please plan to find a method of getting home that does not involve getting behind the wheel of a car. B&B veterans are welcome as always, but it's just as nice to see new faces. So sign up and we'll see you this summer!
