Culloden is currently welcoming new additions to the herd - including two new Highland calves - and here is your chance to sponsor and name one of them! The sponsorship includes naming rights and an annual update and personality profile of the young Highland as it grows and settles in to its new home.

Culloden's herd of cows, goats and horses graze the land and help to manage overgrowth of trees and shrubs, helping our rangers keep the battlefield in top condition naturally. They are also an exciting addition to the visitor experience at this historic site! Your sponsorship will aid in the health and maintenance of the calf and will make possible educational programming about the importance of responsible, and ecologically friendly, land management.

The one-hour visit will include an introduction to Scottish textiles and an overview of the makers and mills whose beautiful products adorn the shelves. Hear the fascinating story of Scotland's iconic Harris Tweed, and how and where it is made. A private shopping experience at your leisure follows. The shop is located just off the Royal Mile and will be closed to the general public for the duration of your visit.

On offer is a tasting for two, including samples of four of the most exciting and innovative gins coming out of Scotland at the moment. The tastings will center around the narrative and engrained culture behind each drink, offering a virtual journey around Scotland.

Tastings are led by Scottish ambassador Michael McCuish. Having passionately promoted Scotland and its amazing spirits for over 12 years on four different continents, Michael has built a wealth of knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm. The event itself will be held over Zoom, usually lasting for around 90 minutes.
