Julie Barber - Women in the Workforce

Join the Sunshine School and Julie Barber to discuss "Women in the Workforce".  This event will include discussion around Balancing Work and Home during Covid and what women in the workforce can do to establish boundaries and maintain good mental health.  We will also discuss The Secret of Sponsorship, Not Mentorship.   Women are given advice and men are given opportunities. Men get ahead because they have sponsors, whereas women tend to have mentors who offer advice versus helping open doors for other females.

This series offers discussions with local leaders in the business community, focused on topics of interest to the retail and supplier community. Power of Inclusion sponsors will receive tickets to the Sunshine School Speaker Series with their sponsorship.
