Help our cause by contributing to our fundraising efforts.

No act of generosity is too small to make a difference.

Art has the power to change lives, and the generosity of supporters like you helps us change lives through the work done at the YWCA Center for Safety and Empowerment-where we provide free and confidential services to victims and survivors of domestic and sexual violence, stalking, and human trafficking in Northeast Kansas.

Please join us on Saturday, April 17th from 6:00-7:00 PM CST for an evening of art, inspiration, and empowerment. This year's event is dedicated to the incredible resilience of survivors and the hope that art and advocacy provide.

While the last year was full of challenges for survivor services, we knew that the need for shelter, safety, and counseling throughout the pandemic would remain an urgent and crucial need in our community. YWCA rose to the challenge and provided direct services to 1,420 clients, and crisis hotline services to an additional 1,967 individual clients. We provided adapted safe shelter with the addition of 10 apartment units for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking and human trafficking. In addition, we provided community education and professional training to another 7,058 people. This was a 68% increase in the number of people reached in 2019.

Your support of the Concealed Revealed Art Auction makes critical survivor services and lifesaving outreach, prevention, and education possible in Shawnee, Jackson, Wabaunsee, and Brown counties.

Step into the shoes of a survivor and tour the YWCA Northeast Kansas Center for Safety and Empowerment, Truth House, and Emery Apartments.
