Donated by former SC LAMP Board member Jan Clifford, RYT 200. Jan has practiced yoga since 2009, earning her 200 hour teaching training certification in 2015. She has since been certified in trauma-informed yoga, pre-natal/post-natal
yoga, Prime of Life Yoga I and II, Prison Yoga Project, Veterans Yoga Project and Yoga of 12 Step Recovery. (Y12SR) Jan is currently taking courses at LMU in the university's Yoga Philosophy certificate program.
Jan volunteers with Prison Yoga & Meditation, plus she leads a weekly class for Y12SR and the Mayfield Senior School community. Jan has served as a twice monthly volunteer yoga instructor for the moms at SC LAMP since 2019, helping them understand the importance of self-care and general wellness.
The date for the yoga session can be mutually agreed upon by Jan and auction winner. Expiration date is December 31. 2021. Instruction can be done via Zoom or in person - whatever meets the needs of the auction winner!
