If pre-ordering before the Charity Ball:

At 6PM on event night (Nov. 12, 2022), you will receive a text message with instructions on how and where to pick up your light-up participation ring when you arrive. The text message will be sent to the phone number used to make this purchase.

If purchasing the night of Charity Ball:

Purchase must be made prior to 8PM and the light-up participation ring picked up at the designated location prior to game play. Payment must be made via credit card on the GiveSmart site; no cash or checks will be accepted as payment for registration.

Notes:

• Only one participation ring per person, please.
• You must have your ring lit and on you when the game begins or you will not be eligible to play.
• Presence at our event is required to purchase this item.
• Winner(s) will receive a check for their winnings within one week of the event.
