Yoga on the Fox! Picture yourself and up to 10 people on the banks of the beautiful Fox River performing yoga poses, breathing in the fresh air, and enjoying the pure pleasure of movement. Poses will be modified for all levels. Yoga classes are led by Ellen Von Ohlen, 500-hour CYT, and Trustee of The Conservation Foundation representing Kendall County.
