Al Kammerer, volunteer extraordinaire at our Dayton Bluffs Preserve in Ottawa, has turned out this gorgeous spalted maple table. A classic shaker-style, the table measures 16W x 40L x 30H, expertly hand crafted by Al himself from spalted maple, giving the piece distinct and unique characteristics in its wood grain pattern and varying colorations. The lumber used to make this table was harvested locally by the craftsman. After the tree was harvested it was milled into boards by the craftsman and then air dried. Simplicity and functionality, this table is sure to add beauty to any room in your home.
