Hike and Wine in Starved Rock

Break out those good shoes! Up to 4 people will join TCF President Brook McDonald on a guided hike at our Dayton Bluffs Preserve in Starved Rock Country followed by some local wine tasting at IL River Winery or August Hill Winery in Utica.

The winner of this item will be contacted after auction close to coordinate details.

A day of fishing

The DuPage River! Or the Kyte River, The Fox River or Big Rock… (There's fish in The DuPage? In Naperville? Absolutely.) The area near Naperville offers excellent Smallmouth bass fishing; The DuPage River, The Kyte River near Rochelle, IL, The Fox and Big Rock Creek in Plano. Besides catching fish, there's a good chance we'll see deer, racoons, beavers, lots of ducks, and maybe an eagle or two.

We'll be in the river, this a walking and wading trip. Depending on weather and river conditions we'll wet wade or use waders. Don't worry about having waders, I'll provide them.
