Detailed Description from Father Ron:

I am very excited about this year's auction meal. We are following the theme: "Home Is Where the Heart Is," and we will be doing just that!

The meal this year will be enjoyed by you and your guests in the comfort of your own homes. The meal will be provided to you in a similar fashion as meal-delivery services such as Blue Apron or Hello Fresh. Some of the items in your meal will be ready to enjoy, while others will need to be warmed up and prepared. I will help you prepare your meal during an exclusive segment entitled, "Cook-A-Long with Father Ron" via livestream, right here on the GiveSmart site! Cooking begins at 6:30pm the night of the Auction. There will be a live chat for you to interact with myself and the other cooks, as well as have your questions/comments featured throughout the night!

The menu is delicious and of top quality. You can pick up your meal in the Practice Gym by entering through the School Office doors between 1-3pm on Saturday, April 17. Please choose a pickup time when you place your order by clicking the link above. Each meal serves one individual, so please be sure you are ordering the correct amount for yourselves and your guests. We ask that if you are having a small gathering of friends or family at your home for this event, that you please place your meal order together to reduce packaging costs.

All ingredients that you are going to need will be in boxes that will be taken home and placed in serving or dinnerware. Below is a breakdown of each item that will be included:

The items that you will cook (on your own or "along with Fr. Ron") are: Filet, Salmon and Molten Chocolate Cake.

Those to warm are: Baked Brie in Puff Pastry and Roasted Vegetables. The other items, Shrimp Cocktail, Salad, and Fresh Strawberries, will be all ready to go. Please join me via the livestream at 6:30pm to watch me make the items that have an asterisk next to them.

Items to have ready from your pantry: Salt, pepper, or any other desired spices, salad dressings, and crackers for appetizer.

PLEASE NOTE: All the items will be boxed and ready to pick up like one would receive from Blue Apron or Hello Fresh. All the food items will be prepared except for the Entrée and Molten Cakes which people will need to prepare at home. Other items may need to be warmed. Items with an * indicates that Fr. Ron will demonstrate via livestreaming.

It is true, that the home is where the heart is, and throughout this last year, we have felt that very strongly through all of you - our Parish and School family. Since we have spent so much time at home, our hearts open even wider for our Parish School, and are filled with God's generous love. I am very excited to share in this fun and unique dining experience with you!

I can't wait to cook with you!

Fr. Ron
