Her specialty is gentle body resistance core strengthening training through realistic, achievable daily activities. Gaggi has completed 15 marathons and trained adults in both marathon and 5k distances. She is the assistant coach of the AHS Girls Cross Country team, coaches middle school running, and has helped the elementary FitGirls and BoysInMotion programs. She created a winter fitness strengthening program she is currently teaching to elementary children and adults. Gaggi still holds a 1986 high-school record in 400 meters.
