Custom Hookey Boards are individually crafted by hand from the ground up. Each board is milled down from 3/4" sheets of Baltic Birch and routed into circles. They are then sanded down and stained to a specified color that fits with the overall design. The center design and numbers are digitally rendered using vector art software before being printed via a vinyl cutting machine. A digital mock-up of your designed board will be sent before production begins to ensure you are involved in the creation process! Everything is placed on the board by hand and measured for precision. The finished board is then sealed with a water based clear coat and allowed to dry for a couple of days. All local orders will have the hooks pre-installed.
