TWO- 1 hour drill writing/staging virtual lessons using the Pyware Program. Lindsey will teach you the tricks of the trade of drill writing and/or staging indoor on Pyware.

It was the visual aspect of marching arts that sparked Lindsey's interest in high school and influenced her to seek out performance opportunities with drum corps and indoor percussion - ultimately leading to a thriving design career in the marching arts.

Lindsey's motivated, proactive personality drove her to begin designing at a young age. At 19 years old, she was already writing, designing and teaching clients while simultaneously marching and performing. She began her career with paper and pencil. While appreciating this fundamental method of designing, she was excited for what she could accomplish once introduced to Pyware.

Lindsey writes for several high school marching bands across the nation including Walton High School from Marietta, Georgia and Penn High School from Mishawaka, Indianapolis, and 2019 WGI Scholastic A champion Grand Blanc High School.

For the past 25 years, Darcie has been the Show Designer, Show Coordinator, Choreographer, and Costume & Set Designer for the five-time Scholastic World Champion Dartmouth High School Indoor Percussion. Through her design, leadership, and teamwork the group has medaled an amazing 17 times and has always ranked in the top five in the World Class Division. In 2019, Darcie also joined the 2019 The Cadets as the first female Artistic Director in the corps history.

Darcie toured for 11 years with the Marauders Drum and Bugle Corps as a member, instructor, choreographer, and designer. She has choreographed several musicals on both the West and East Coasts. Her educational background includes Health Education, Dance, and Educational Leadership; she also studied classical piano for 11 years in her home state of Washington.

During her day job, Darcie is the Principal of two separate urban elementary schools in New Bedford, Massachusetts, where she lives with her son Noah who marches in the Dartmouth High School Percussion Ensemble. Her eldest son, Alan, marched with the Spartans, Carolina Crown, for three years with the Blue Devils, and four years with RCC Indoor Percussion.

Carol Abohatab has choreographed for many WGI legendary groups including: Bluecoats Indoor World Guard, the Santa Clara Vanguard Winter Guard, and Emerald Marquis.

In the 2017 winter season, she was fortunate to be a guest clinician at Fantasia, Opus 10, Pride of Cincinnati and Homestead High School.

She also taught the SCV A Corps from 1996 - 1999, 2006 - 2010, and resumed again in 2017-2018. She has taught the Bluecoats Drum & Bugle Corps since 2013.

Carol has been teaching Modern Dance and choreographing (dance and equipment) consistently in the Drum & Bugle Corps and Winter Color Guard activity since 1987. A few of these groups include Spirit of Atlanta, Glassmen, SCV, State Street Review, Emerald Marquis, and San Jose Raiders World Guard.

In 2015 she toured Europe with the Blue Devil International Corps and has taught clinics and adjudicated in Japan, Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia and Thailand.

Since 2009 she has served on the WGI steering committee, and in 2011, published three DVDs in a dance training series for Winter Guard International.

The Dynamic Marching Band is a textbook for college marching band methods class students and a resource book for current band directors, now available as an eBook with live links to resources.

Wayne Markworth was the Director of Bands at Centerville High School in Ohio for 35 years. During that tenure he built a total band program encompassing 3 concert bands, 3 jazz ensembles, 2 winter guards, 2 winter percussion ensembles and the marching band known nationally as "The Centerville Jazz Band."

Wayne is currently the Director of the Winds Division for WGI.

He has taken his years of experience and knowledge and created a marching band book that will help establish a foundation for a successful band program and save the young director countless hours of work and experimentation. The veteran band director will find new approaches and ideas to take a fresh look at old methods.

The New Edition is an E-Book with all of the added features including active links to websites, articles and videos. It contains added material reflecting the many changes that have occurred in the marching band activity and pedagogy in the last 10 years. Wayne continues to stay abreast of the contemporary band scene through judging, clinics, rehearsals and contacts with directors and experts in the field.

Jim Moore has been choreographing for some of WGI's top groups since the 1990's!! He has choreographed for Center Grove H.S., Aimachi, Pride of Cincinnati, SCV, Carmel H.S. and the Bluecoats!

At Aimachi, Jim is one of the main choreographers for their Color Guard, Percussion, and Winds groups!

He is a jack of all trades!

Jim is a master choreographer who has won an Emmy & Tony award for his work on the Broadway show "blast!"

Pick his brain and get insight on creating choreography, show design help, or even advice on how to work in a professional theater setting.

Jim can help with overall ideas or anything you would like to ask or need some insight on.

TWO- 1 hour Virtual Consultations with the legendary Jeff Sacktig!

Visual Guru Jeff Sacktig will provide Two- 1 hour virtual sessions with your entire staff to discuss visual design of your 2022 WGI show.

He can help you in pre-planning, during the creative process, or give input during the time when you make changes.

Jeff has been involved in the pageantry arts for over 40 years as a performer, a teacher, a designer and an adjudicator.

He is an active visual designer for drum corps, marching band, indoor percussion, winter guard and wind groups.

Jeff spent 30 years with the Cadets organization and was a part of 7 DCI World Championship titles and numerous medalist placements. Currently, Jeff is in his fourth year as the Visual Designer for the Carolina Crown.

Jeff is also an active designer for indoor percussion, winter guard, indoor winds and marching band.

He has spent 16 years as the visual designer for the 4 time WGI World Class Gold Medalist Dartmouth HS Indoor Percussion. Dartmouth's full production value from concept, set design, costuming, musical/visual expression of composition has helped shaped the way for the indoor percussion arts.

Other percussion groups Jeff has designed for include: Cadets Winter Percussion, United Percussion, East Side Fury, Odyssey, First Degree, Forsyth Central HS and Kennesaw Mt HS.

Jeff has designed numerous marching band shows since 1990. He is the visual designer for 2019 BOA Grand National Champion Vandegrift HS. USBands Champion Dartmouth HS. BOA Finalist Round Rock HS, Castle HS, Seminole HS and Pomona HS. BOA Regional Finalist Vandegrift HS, Round Rock HS, Cleveland HS, Harrison HS, Rouse HS, Wakeland HS, Castle HS, Coppell HS, Stoneman Douglas HS, Kiski HS, McEachern HS, Fayette County HS, Lassiter HS. TOB Champion Pocono Mt HS.

Some of Jeff's winter guard work include: Paramount 2018 WGI IW Gold Medalist, Emerald Marquis 2000 WGI IW Bronze Medalist, Black Watch 1999 WGI IO Bronze Medalist, Crimson Kings 1993 WGI IA Bronze Medalist, St John's Productions WGI IA Gold Medalist, Salem Blue 2006 & 2009 WGI IA Silver Medalist, Apex 2002 WGI IA Bronze Medalist.

Recently Jeff started designing for indoor winds, Cleveland HS is the 2019 WGI WSW Gold Medalist.

Jeff was inducted into the DCI Hall of Fame, the World Drum Corps Hall of Fame and the Cadets Hall of Fame. He resides in Woodstock, GA.

As an internationally recognized choreographer, Andy has been awarded the opportunity to design for numerous drum & bugle corps, marching bands, and WGI winter guards throughout North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. He was a member of the design team and choreographer for The Cavaliers Drum & Bugle Corps from 1998-2015, and was a marching member for two years prior. In his 20 years with The Cavaliers, Andy and his team led the group to the DCI championship title an unprecedented 5 times between 2000-2006, as well as 4 color guard caption awards. His work can be seen in the BOA community with such marching band titans as Carmel (Indiana) HS and Ronald Reagan HS among others.

During the winter months, Andy serves on the WGI Steering Committee as well as design for the Pride of Cincinnati winter guard (1999-present) and Carmel (Indiana) High School winter guard (2008-present). His most recent projects abroad include Yokohama Inspires Drum & Bugle Corps, and Aimachi winter guard. A great deal of admiration and gratitude is owed to the teams of artists that Andy has had the privilege of collaborating with on these projects.

In 1999, Andy had the distinct honor of performing as an original cast member of the Emmy and Tony award-winning production of Blast! in London's West End. He continued his role on Broadway in New York City until the show's closure in 2001.
