I specialize in Manual Therapy, Pain Management and Functional Strength Training for the everyday athlete. I look to source the 'why' of the individual's chronic pain, injuries, fascial restrictions, etc... which could be from muscle strength imbalances, mobility restrictions, and/or coordination problems... I then work to course-correct via manual therapy, neurological re-patterning, exampled strengthening movements, as well as assign a Home Exercise Program (HEP). Through progressive treatments, I work to educate clients/athletes on their movement, functional strength, and actioning healthy joint mobility, so they can maintain their health and wellness through the decades. Services include; Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy (MAT), Neuro-Kinetic Therapy (NKT), Joint Mobility, Strengthening Exercises, and may utilize Medi-Cupping, IASTM/Graston as an adjunct to treatment, if needed.
